KIDZEN WORLD CLASS PRESCHOOL

Monthly Field Trips

KIDZEN organises field trips to get direct insights and practical knowledge of things, people, places, etc. For example, a visit to a plant Nursery gives them a first hand knowledge of plants with various shapes, sizes, various flowers with bright colours, fragrances, etc. They come face to face with such wonders in different forms in this Workshop of Nature. They develop sensitivities towards these plants by touching, feeling, by experiencing the varied fragrances of flowers. They are gifted with a garden set and guided to grow their own plants and nurture them all along, as they grow. Naturally, with such practical exposures, they develop a sense of organic responsibility and they grow up to become future messengers of a Green planet.. KIDZEN corroborates theory with practical knowledge on almost all topics. This is a core concept of our KIDZEN blueprint.

Cultural Activities

With the failures of the Western philosophies of extreme materialism, India is all poised to create a World with a human-centric approach and show the World a new harmonious way of Co existence. KIDZEN, inculcates into its teachings our ancient rich heritage, its traditions, customs, value systems, right beliefs, respect for elders and respect for all forms of life on our planet. This enriches a child's approach to life on all fronts and makes him understand the deeper meanings of life, living and it's ultimate goal. At KIDZEN, our Kids pay respect and show gratitude to their, Parents, their GrandParents, their Teachers, Elders, Community workers, by celebrationg certain days, all our Indian festivals with great zest, zeal, pomp and splendour.

Sports and Yoga

Sports and Yoga are an integral part of our daily routine as we believe that a healthy body creates a healthy mind and Vice - Versa.
Our KIDZEN Kids begin their day with guided Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, chanting of Mantras and Shlokas followed by a prayer to the Almighty, asking for the highest wisdom and the best of physical strength.
Activities on the ground include running, stretching, hopping, jumping, board balancing, full body exercises which help to develop their fine motor, gross motor and other kinesthetic skills. All these activities develop 'mind- body' coordination and help to integrate the various faculties of the child's receptive brain. This mainly contributes to instill great energy and vitality in the child's biological system which prepares him to grasp the 'Zen- it ' wisdom with full attention.
