Mrs Rohini Khalate, our dynamic Principal is the powerhouse of KIDZEN.
She is an Engineer by qualification but an educationist by choice.
She comes from an affluent buisness family background and is highly passionate about the detailed aspects of child education.
She constantly upgrades and upskills herself with the latest research and knowledge in child education from all over the World.
Through her skills she has done a commendable job in child education and women empowerment.
She has been successful in cultivating and irrigating the fertile minds of thousands of children who have gone through the KIDZEN process and grown up to be the leading lights in all domains of life.
The KIDZEN staff has been trained and crafted to execute the KIDZEN learning and grooming process with the greatest finesse.
The staff has to undergo frequent training upgrades to ensure their best performance .
This prepares them to deliver the valuable 'Zenit' curriculum as per the KIDZEN philosophy in letter and spirit.
2 Teachers and 2 Caretakers ( Mavshis) for 20 students is the ratio at KIDZEN.
Caretakers also are highly trained to carry out their duties as per the best set standards.
